## Class times in Jordan

You book every class in your local time in Jordan: Jordan time (UTC+3) all year.
Jordan stopped changing the clocks in 2022. There is no daylight saving time, so
the clock never changes, and your class stays at the same local time. Classes run
24 hours a day, and the weekend in Jordan is Friday and Saturday, so popular slots
are late afternoon, in the evening, and on Friday and Saturday mornings.

Classes suit students who want to perfect their recitation or earn an ijazah without
fixed centre timetables.

## Who are the classes for?

Children from age 5 starting with the Noorani Qaida or memorizing Juz ʿAmma, adults
who want to correct their recitation or finish memorizing, and advanced students
who want an ijazah with a connected sanad in Hafs or another riwayah. You can choose
a female teacher, and parents receive written progress reports.

## How to start from Jordan

Book the free trial class and write the time that suits you in Jordan time. The
teacher checks the level and suggests a plan and a number of classes. You pay monthly
in US dollars and can change or pause your package. Every class is one-on-one by
video, and if the teacher is not the right fit we match you with another at no cost.
