Only teachers who pass three steps teach at the academy: 1. **Ijazah check**: we see the teacher’s ijazah and connected sanad and confirm the sheikh who granted it. 2. **Recitation test**: the teacher recites to one of our teachers with ijazah, in places the examiner chooses. 3. **Video interview and trial class**: we assess how they explain and handle students, plus an identity check for anyone teaching children. ## How do we match you with a teacher?
