If the classes don’t suit you for any reason, you get your money back in full within 7 days of paying, without giving a reason, even if you attended classes during those days.
How do I ask for a refund?
- Email info@elquranonline.com or message us on WhatsApp.
- Give the student’s name and the payment date or order number.
- We confirm within 24 hours, and the money reaches you within 7 working days by the same payment method.
After 7 days
The current month is not refunded, but you can pause, cancel or change your package at any time, and future months are not charged.
Missed classes and rescheduling

The trial class
The first class is free and no payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund.
Payment methods
You pay the monthly package by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or bank transfer. There is no registration fee.
Changing your package
You can move to a larger or smaller package at the start of any month; the new price applies from the next month.
