How do we choose our teachers?

Only teachers who pass three steps teach at the academy:

  1. Ijazah check: we see the teacher’s ijazah and connected sanad and confirm the sheikh who granted it.
  2. Recitation test: the teacher recites to one of our teachers with ijazah, in places the examiner chooses.
  3. Video interview and trial class: we assess how they explain and handle students, plus an identity check for anyone teaching children.
